What to attach

Phone photos of the empty or current children's room, the corridor approach, and the stair or lift cabin help more than mood images. Add ceiling height if you know it, and note whether siblings share the space. Checklist items from the home page can be pasted as plain text.

Response expectations

We confirm whether the brief is ready for a measure visit or needs one missing dimension. Fee questions about Rows A–C are answered before any invoice. Urgent install problems on active projects go to the phone line first so we can reach the fitter the same day when possible.
