Row A · Focus

Single-room plan Measure visit, two layout options, finish schedule, and one joinery drawing set for one nursery, study corner, or play zone up to roughly 16 m². Suited to Altbau or Neubau rooms where sleep or desk is the lead job and storage is a single wall run.

Row B · Pair

Sibling shared layout Everything in Row A for a shared room, plus bunk or twin-bed coordination, duplicated wardrobe logic, and a noise-aware furniture plan for courtyard flats. Includes a second remote check after install snags for handle heights and soft-close tuning.

Row C · Wing

Children's wing package Two adjacent rooms or a room-plus-alcove set: nursery with growth path, shared sleep, and a compact play or homework strip. Full joinery pack, supplier shortlist with EUR ranges, and site coordination with your electrician and fitter across the install window.

What sits outside these rows

Beds, mattresses, rugs, and freestanding chairs remain client purchases unless you ask us to source them. Sourcing adds a coordination fee of €280–€520 depending on item count, not a hidden percentage on every receipt. Structural moves, new windows, or full rewiring are trade contracts you hold directly.

Consultation without a full room

A ninety-minute on-site consultation without drawings costs €160 and produces a handwritten constraint list you can use with another fitter. If you later book Row A–C within three months, €120 of that fee credits toward the package. Remote photo reviews without a visit are €95 and stay advisory only.

Travel and building access

Visits inside the Gürtel and nearby inner districts are included in the row prices. Outer districts beyond a thirty-minute public-transit hop from Mariahilfer Straße add €45 per visit. Evening measure slots after 18:00 add €55 when building access only opens then.

Payment rhythm

Row A and B invoices split 50% to schedule the measure and 50% when layout options are delivered. Row C splits 40% / 40% / 20% across measure, layout approval, and install coordination start. Bank transfer in EUR is standard; we issue invoices from Caring Circle Rooms at the Mariahilfer Straße address.
