Data we collect

When you email or use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, district notes, fee-row preference, and message content you choose to send. Project work may later include room photos, floor measurements, and children's ages needed to plan furniture safely. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this static site.

Why we process data

We process enquiry data to answer requests, prepare measure visits, issue invoices in EUR, and coordinate joinery or trades you approve. Legal bases are pre-contractual steps and contract performance, plus legitimate interests in operating a design studio and responding to correspondence. Ages are used only to size furniture and storage, not for marketing profiles.

Storage and retention

Emails and project files stay on systems we control or on reputable Austrian/EU hosting and email providers bound by processing agreements. Enquiry threads without a commission are deleted or anonymised within 24 months. Contract and invoice records are kept as required under Austrian commercial and tax rules.

Local storage on your device
