Nature of services
We provide interior design and spatial planning for children's rooms in residential flats, including layout drawings, joinery coordination notes, and optional furniture sourcing lists priced in EUR. We do not operate childcare, schools, medical services, or construction contracting as a general builder. Licensed trades (electricians, fitters) work under their own contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees and currency
Published fee rows are starting figures in euros (EUR) for design and coordination scopes stated on pricing.html. Furniture, trade labour, travel surcharges, and evening slots may add cost as described there. Errors or outdated figures can be corrected; the confirmation email or contract governs the final amount.
Liability
We plan spaces with care based on measures and information clients provide. Clients remain responsible for landlord permissions, building rules, and choosing licensed trades. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, denied building access, or inaccurate brief data. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected where Austrian law so requires.
Intellectual property
Drawings, schedules, and website copy remain the intellectual property of Caring Circle Rooms until and unless a written agreement transfers specific rights. Clients receive usage rights for their own flat project when fees for those deliverables are paid. Republishing our website text or drawings for other commercial sites is not permitted.
Applicable law
Austrian law applies to contracts formed with Caring Circle Rooms, without conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere, insofar as mandatory consumer protections allow. Venue for disputes with entrepreneurs is Vienna, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
